3. Product Return Policy
We take great care in processing your order and all product information are adequately provided in our web site. Should any of the products be of expired date without its seals opened we will accept returns in exchange for the same product or of lower prices. However there would be no refunds and the shipping charges of returning the product will be paid by the customer. We will not conduct refunds once the product has been sold.
There will be no exchanges or returns permissible for items that have been wrongfully ordered/placed by the customer. Decisions made when ordering online is based on an individuals independent judgement and self research, hence we are not liable for any mistakes made.
4. Custom Taxes
We will not be responsible for custom taxes that may be levied when our product arrives in your country.
5. Your Products are out of stock
If the product is out of stock, you can either choose another flavour that is in stock, or wait until we replenish the goods accordingly. If you are unable to find the specific product that you are looking for, drop us an email with the brand and name of the product and we will sort it out for you.
6. Fraud Cases
Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will not hesitate to take action against fraud cases.
7. Damage During shipping
We take great measures to ensure that packages arrive to you not only quickly, but in perfect condition. Unfortunately, in rare cases items may be damaged during shipment. Shipment is carried out by third party courier companies / outsourced to third party courier companies. Therefore, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged during shipment.
8. Terms of Payment
Please note that payment has to be made within 2 days upon receiving our payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customers in the event of insufficient stock(s). ATM receipt(s) and reference numbers should be retained till we have confirmed your payment as a proof of purchase.
